Prepayment
Especially if you contact us for the first time, if you book several days or if the arrangement requires a longer journey there, or if you book long time in advance I'd like to ask you to pay 30% of the agreed fee and travel expenses in advance.
Cancellation
If you cancel your date more than 24 hours in advance, we will reimburse the complete prepayment immediately. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we will credit your prepayment for a later booking. Costs for already booked flight or train tickets cannot be reimbursed, because usally a reversal of the tickets is not possible.
Data security
Of course your personal data are treated discretely without exception and confidentially.
